Send me a photo of the cosplay you wish to create.
We study the costume that will be made carefully, down to the smallest details.
The client's measurements will be taken carefully (if the client is far from our workshop, all necessary information will be provided to correctly take their measurements).
Fabrics and materials will be chosen in agreement (also according to the budget) with the client.
Once the canvas fitting is confirmed, the item will be tailored and finally subjected to further inspection to ensure there are no defects.
If the client is far from our workshop, fittings will be done on a mannequin adjusted to their measurements, and photos and/or video calls will be sent. In any case, the client will be constantly updated on the progress of their cosplay.

The quote for the item is evaluated based on the difficulty (the hours of work required for the tailoring), fabrics, finishes, and materials.
The quality of the materials (fabrics, trimmings, etc.) will be decided in agreement with the client according to their budget.
A deposit equal to half of the agreed price is required at the time the quote is confirmed, with the remainder of the payment made at the end of the service the day before the item is shipped.
Shipping is via express courier within 48 hours, including tracking.
